Items that fit in a letter sized box will be shipped that way, all larger items or combined shipments will be in a box.

I try to ship out everything as soon as possible, but please allow 3-5 working days for fulfilment.
In line with Dutch law, you have 14 days to decide to return from the moment you receive your item. Candles should be unused (= not burned!) and in perfect condition to qualify for a return. You pay for the return shipping (please keep your proof of shipping, just in case) and I will refund you the costs of the returned items. Shipping fees are never refundable, and will be deducted (please see shipping rates for your country) from a return if you reached the free shipping tier.
In general, please allow 3-5 working days for an order to be prepared and packaged. I’m a one woman shop, so please bear with me.
The Netherlands: After I drop your items off at the post office, it’s usually with you within a day or so. But given that the postal services have increased workloads, it could take up to a week.
Europe: Unfortunately I’ve seen packages take anywhere from 2 to 25 days after drop off. It usually takes around 10 days. Keep an eye on the tracking number provided, and if it is not in after a month, please reach out.
Worldwide: Please allow up to 1-2 months for a package to reach the other side of the ocean after I drop it off at the post office.

After your package has arrived back at QQ HQ, please allow two working days to process the refund on my end. The bank might take some additional time. Please reach out if you haven’t received your refund after 10 days!
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can still change it for you. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to make changes or cancel it.
With cancellations, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.

My candles are made of a rapeseed wax blend. Rapeseed is a wonderful yellow flower, and these are grown and harvested here in Europe.
The wick I use are lead free cotton and linen wicks, with a metal sustainer.
When your candle has stopped burning, let the leftover wax solidify. Then boil water, and pour that into the glass. The wax will come loose from the bottom and will float to the top. You can then re-use the wax if you desire, or discard it. The glass can be recycled with other glassware.
The candle is not supposed to fully burn to the bottom of the glass. This is a safety feature so the glass does not get too hot.
The candle can “tunnel” or create a hole inside of the glass if the first burn is less than 3-4 hours. Candles have a “memory” where they should go. This is why it’s essential to have your first burn be 3-4 hours to get an even burn throughout the rest of the candle burn.
No, I’m sorry. It has taken me months to figure out suppliers, formulas and safety for my candles. It’s a fun process, though I will not disclose any of my “trade secrets”. There are plenty of resources available online.
